Come and meet farmer Nic Romano of Villa Romano Green Farms in San Clemente!
Pick up freshly harvested, seasonal produce from local farms without leaving campus!
In the Kafa, we:
* Purchase seasonal and regional ingredients from small local farmers and artisans within a 150 mile radius of our kitchen
* Prepare and serve produce often within 48 hours of harvest
* Buy directly from family farmers who use sustainable farming practices
