INTROUDUCING THE NEW CAFE AT CALARTS
The Cafe has undergone a complete makeover! Join us September 8th as we unveil the new space and fresh new food programs during our soft opening.
Our brand new state of the art café has been completely re-imagined with community in mind and built to showcase a wide range of flavorful menu options all week long. Featured stations include Classics, where you can find traditional favorites such as house-made macaroni and cheese and roast beef with made-from-scratch mashed potatoes, or the Market Grill, with menu items like certified humane burgers and daily grill specials prepared to order. The Kafa offers an abundant Salad Bar with local fresh produce and toppings, as well as a Deli Station that features ‘build your own’ custom options and daily specials. Hot coffee, teas and decadent freshly baked desserts are available daily.
New in our café design this year is our Hearth Stone Oven which will feature hand-crafted pizzas, piadini and artisan flat-breads. Can’t get enough of our hand-crafted pizza? Place an order for take-out and enjoy anywhere! We’ve also added the Herbivore station, the centerpiece of our café which is an oasis for vegetarian and vegan diners as well as the destination for nutritious and imaginative vegan and vegetarian options for everyone.
Do you care about whether your food was grown locally or raised humanely? Or are you more interested in protein vs. carbs?
Whatever your priorities, we can help you chew the right thing. At Bon Appétit, we’re working toward “food service for a sustainable future.” How we define that is a mouthful, but the bottom line is that we strive to cook delicious food that’s good for you, the animals, the workers, the community, and the Earth — because they’re all connected. And we’re proud to be the first food service company to tackle many important issues in these areas.
We’re here to support you by giving the information you need to choose wisely. Visit our Wellness page for a feast of information about the roles our from-scratch cooking, nutritional approach, local sourcing, and other sustainability programs can play on your menu.
